It is difficult to get more sleep during the morning when you have a set time to be at work or school.  You have more control of the time of when you lay your head down for the night.

A Little More Exercise

Making a change in your life does not mean you have to completely revamp your daily schedule. The most impactful changes you can make can be small. Speed is not your friend when eating. Slow down your meals and take time to savor the flavors within. When you are halfway through your meal, assess if you are full or not. Eat until you are satisfied rather than completely full. Being mindful during your meal will give you perspective and appreciation for what you are eating ultimately resulting in a drastic reduction of how much you are eating.
